Erin Vincent Profile

Lady Bracknell in Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest said "To lose one parent . . . may be regarded as a misfortune; but to lose both looks like carelessness."

This unfortunate event happened to Australian author Erin Vincent when she was 14, and it was the catalyst for her new memoir, Grief Girl: My True Story, about her parents, and her life after their accident. As the book is published here in Australia, Vincent is href="">profiled in "The Age" by Lily Bragge.
