I thought it about time I fixed up this site to get it into a bit of shape. It looks remarkably like my Booker Prize site purely because I liked to look of those pages and couldn't come up with anything better.

Finding information about the Miles Franklin award prior to the mid-1960s is proving very difficult. The list of winners is well-known but the shortlists (if they existed back then) are probably lost in the dusty pages of some newspaper or journal that I have yet to track down. I'll keep at it. In the meantime, I hope you find the site useful. Feedback is always welcomed and I do try to get to emails as fast as I can.
